All other ILEP criteria remain including, but not limited to, attendance requirements, the keeping of attendance records and the requirement to provide a minimum of 15 hours of student contact per week. Students are required to enrol and ‘virtually’ attend in the same way as if they were physically present in the classroom.
In light of the uncertainties caused by COVID- 9, all valid immigration permissions that were due to expire have been automatically renewed by Minister for Justice Helen McEntee, T.D., who recently announced a further extension up to 20 April 2021.
